Welcome to The Hibiscus Table. By using our services, placing an order, or engaging with our business, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully.

The Hibiscus Table specializes in catering for events and providing online food orders. These Terms of Service apply to all users of our services, including but not limited to customers, vendors, and visitors.

2.1 We operate within specified delivery and service areas. Availability of our services is subject to our operational capacity and scheduling constraints.

2.2 Online orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater quality in cases where specific items are unavailable.

3.1 Event Catering

• Orders for event catering must be placed at least 3 weeks in advance. And for large orders with up to 200  guests and more we recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance.
• A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking.
• Final payments are due 7 days before the event. 
• If your order is within 5 days of your event, we charge a 10% express fee of your balance to cover the additional costs we’d incur for the event.

3.2 Online Orders

• All online orders must be placed through our official website.
• Full payment is required at the time of placing an online order.
• Please aim to place our order by 5pm on Thursday for weekend orders.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

4.1 Event Catering

• Cancellations made 7 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within [insert number] days of the event will incur a cancellation fee of [insert percentage]% of the total order value.

4.2 Online Orders

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, if placed before Friday, for a full refund.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the specified window.

5.1 Delivery services are available for both catering and online orders. Delivery fees may apply based on location.

5.2 Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

5.3 Collection of orders must be done within the agreed time frame. Uncollected orders will not be eligible for refunds.

6.1 We maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. However, all our dishes are prepared in environments that may contain traces of allergens such as nuts, gluten, and dairy.

6.2 Customers must inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of placing an order. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free product.

7.1 The Hibiscus Table is not liable for any damages, injuries, or illnesses arising from the misuse or improper handling of our products after delivery or collection.

7.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

All content, branding, and materials associated with The Hibiscus Table are the property of the business. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

The Hibiscus Table reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
