Platter Trays
Can the platter trays be personalised?
We currently do not offer personalization for platter trays, but we aim to do so in the near future. However, we are happy to accommodate any dietary requirements or allergies, please inform us if you have any.
Events
When is the best time to book?
The best time to book is as soon as you have a date for your event. It should ideally be 3 weeks prior to the event. For larger events, a minimum of 4-6 weeks in advance is ideal although we are happy to accommodate last-minute booking depending on availability. This gives us enough time to prep and tailor your menu to your specific requirements.
What is the setup process?
We will need around 2-3hrs to set up on site. Please inform us if we are able to set up earlier than the event start time. We would appreciate it if there was a kitchen onsite for prep and cooking. If there is no kitchen on site, please do inform us at the point of enquiring. We will also require adequate table space to set up the food on two 6ft tables.. If there isn’t an adequate table available on site, we can provide table rental services.
What if my event is in a few days?
If your order is within 5 days of your event, we charge a 10% express fee of your balance to cover the additional costs we’d incur for the event.
What is the grazing table service duration?
We offer a grazing period of 2-3 hours for guests to indulge at their leisure.
If you'd require an extended grazing service time, let us know in advance and we'd provide a quote.
Delivery
Where are you based and do you offer delivery?
We are based in Speedwell, Bristol, BS5. Delivery is offered up to 30 miles from our base and is calculated based on the delivery location.
Payment
What is the payment process?
To secure your booking, we require a non-refundable 25% booking fee and the remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date.
Please note that there is also a refundable damage deposit which covers the cost of potential damages, missing acrylic units, serveware or breakages caused by guests.
Health and Safety
How do you deal with dietary requirements or allergies?
Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies. Please note that all our dishes are prepared in environments that may contain traces of allergens such as nuts, gluten, and dairy.While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free product and there is a risk of cross-contamination..
What is your food hygiene rating?
We have a 5* Food Hygiene and Safety rating. We maintain the highest standard of food safety and hygiene.
Are you fully insured?
Yes we are, we hold a Public Liability Insurance. If you require proof of insurance, we are happy to provide documentation upon request.
How do I store my food?
Please make sure to follow the instruction provided in our Food handling card that is accompanied with every order.
